 ☆ All sales are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

 ☆ Once an order is shipped, I am no longer liable for packages that are damaged/lost in the mail (and thereafter). Please note that I will only send mail that is insured.

 ☆ I am happy to repair a damaged necklace (where damage is reasonable) if postage is covered by the customer. 

 ☆ Please note that each necklace is sized differently. Each listing will detail the adjustable length in the description, it is your responsibility to ensure it fits!

Care Instructions

 ☆ Handmade jewellery is delicate, please take care of your one-of-a-kind pieces. Do not tug or apply hard pressure. If it feels wrong to do so, it probably is. 

☆ Avoid jewellery coming in contact with water. Hence, do not take DAINTYDISAST3R swimming or showering with you! 

☆ Avoid putting perfume or harsh chemicals on top of handmade jewellery. 

☆ To prevent damage, do not sleep, exercise, or put jewellery in an environment prone to breakage. 

☆ My jewellery will last a lifetime if you take care of it!
